COMPANY

We're now pleased to give you – on our recently relaunched websites- a closer view at our small company CCS.

The idea of creating a full service agency for Copyright Clearing already was born in the early nineties. The intended purpose of our company was the Clearing of all kind of Copyrighted works as well as trademarks, claims, titles etc.

Of course the procurement of all kinds of utilisation rights as well as the preparation of draft agreements – if requested by the client- should be part of CCS' wide range of services. On the initiative of Mrs. Dr. Marlene Wartenberg – a well-established lawyer operating in all areas of entertainment law – finally the CCS was founded in the year 1996.

Three years later, Mrs. Siegi Pleyer, a „Music und Media“ friend of Mrs. Dr. Wartenberg for many years, finally decided to take over CCS.

Today CCS basically is operated by two highly ambitious individuals:

Siegi Pleyer
Andreas Hofmann

Nevertheless we benefit from a wide network of young and industry experienced professionals, in particular a pool of freelancers throughout the country and also abroad, who willingly will assist us respectively depending on the size of the project and setting of tasks..

Meanwhile CCS can – proudly – look back on almost 10 years of successful copyright clearing.
